Eva is 3 months and weighs 13 pounds and 10 ounces. She laughs really really loud and has a crazy high pitch squeal. When she fusses she sounds like a swaulking pigeon. She's such a sweetheart and its hard not to just squeeze her to pieces. She usually goes to sleep peacefully in her crib during the day although she doesn't usually sleep for longer than an hour at a time. She has a hard time sleeping while we are out and about. She's not too fond of the carseat. She hates all my wraps and carriers so that's a bummer. She still sleeps tightly swaddled but she usually breaks free. She still goes to bed around 8 and wakes up anywhere from 1 to 3AM to nurse. After that feeding is usually quite restless for the rest of the night. Ugh. She nurses about every 2 to 3 hours during the day but some cluster feeding between 6 and 8PM.
For my post partum update, my hair is falling out like crazy. I always hate this part. It makes such a mess everywhere. Urg. Despite freaking out last month about the large amount of extra weight I was carrying, I am down to my normal 125 post partum weight. I usually weigh 125 until right before I get pregnant again (around babe's first birthday) and for some reason I drop down to 120. Before I got pregnant with Eva I weighed 115, which is very unusual for me. I've been doing a 30 day squat challenge with some friends on Facebook and prior to our Nashville trip I was doing T-tapp for 15 minutes about every other day. I'm not sure T-tapp is doing anything for my weight lost but it helps my posture and my constant upper back pain. I love it. Plus it doesn't require me to sweat and get all yucky in the middle of the day. We've been enjoying some much cooler days so I am hoping to start walking daily with the kiddos again.
